Inside Alder Brook House you will find a living room with comfortable seating for six featuring a mixture of new and antique furniture that characterizes the house. The dining area opens from the living room with its pine table in the Quebec country farmhouse style. Through the French doors at the back of the house is a sun room with cable TV and DVD player and a convertible sofa and chair providing sleeping space for three.
A spacious deck with outdoor dining furniture and gas grill opens off the sun room and overlooks the large back yard and woodland beyond. Two bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, and a fully equipped bathroom open from the central hallway. The simple country kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, pots, pans and utensils as well as china, glassware, table linens and flatware. A ping pong table, foosball and other games and entertainment are to be found in the basement. For after ski there is a sauna for two. If you feel the need for a workout, feel free to use the universal gym next to the sauna.
